Telegram group privacy mode

Telegram privacy mode is a normal feature, but it becomes the real blocker when group behavior is expected to look more ambient than it actually is.

Privacy-mode ruleIf DM works but ordinary group messages still look invisible, test privacy-mode assumptions before blaming the whole setup.
Interpretation

When privacy mode is acceptable versus blocking

Fine for narrow usePrivacy mode is acceptable if you mainly want explicit bot interactions and not broad passive listening.
Real blockerIf DMs work but normal group messages never reach the bot, privacy mode may be the main explanation.
